REFUND POLICY

At Go Harder Athletics, we are committed to providing exceptional personal training services. To ensure the highest quality experience, we have established the following refund policy:
1. General Refund Policy
Refunds for purchased sessions or packages are not available, except under specific medical circumstances as outlined below.
2. Medical Exceptions
Refunds may be considered if you are unable to continue your training due to a medical condition. To be eligible for a refund under medical circumstances, the following conditions must be met:

You must provide a valid doctor’s note detailing the medical condition that prevents you from participating in physical activities.

The request for a refund must be submitted in writing to info@goharderathletics.com within 14 days of the medical issue arising.
3. Approval of Refunds
All refund requests are subject to the approval of Go Harder Athletics. We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of the doctor’s note and the medical condition described.
4. Processing of Approved Refunds
Once a refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following are not eligible for refunds:

Change of mind or personal preference.

Scheduling conflicts or changes in personal circumstances unrelated to medical conditions.

Expired sessions or packages.
