Complete our online form to get started. As our fitness programs are tailored to each individual, we have limited availability to ensure personalized attention for every client we accept

After reviewing your completed form, our coach will reach out to you within 24 hours. Next, you and your coach will set up an online consultation via Zoom or Facetime to discuss further details about your goals.

After your coach gathers insights into your lifestyle, they will commence crafting a bespoke fitness and nutrition plan tailored to your body, schedule, and preferences.

Greetings, I'm Rodney Pierre, the proud owner of Go Harder Athletics Training located in beautiful Boca Raton, FL. Armed with a degree in Sports Medicine from Keiser University and a personal trainer certification from N.E.S.T.A., I bring over ten years of dedicated experience in the fitness profession.

My focus is on helping the residents of South Florida attain their fitness goals, and I do so by offering personalized training sessions either in the comfort of their homes or in their private gyms. I understand that embarking on a fitness journey can be a daunting task – it's not only physically demanding but can also be time-consuming and confusing.

Through my extensive experience, I've come to appreciate the unique challenges individuals face when it comes to staying fit. That's why I've dedicated myself to making the process as seamless as possible. My approach goes beyond traditional exercise routines; it's about creating a customized fitness experience that aligns with your specific needs and goals.
