Go Harder Athletics was born out of a strong desire to guide individuals on their personal fitness journey. We provide in-home and private studio personal training, and nutrition coaching for growth-minded individuals who desire to be in the best shape of our their lives.

 

Our head trainer Rodney Pierre, will help you design a custom and creative wellness program that is time-efficient, effective and functional, meaning it will translate directly to your daily needs.

 

When you become a client, you will never have to worry about what to do when go to the gym or what to eat to help you reach your health goals.

One on one fitness coaching that is a highly effective fitness program that incorporates the most up-to-date exercise methods.​ With our one on one personal training, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Taking into account your current fitness level, possible medical limitations and your objectives and availability, we create an individual training plan from scratch that is unique to your situation and is designed to help you reach your goals in the safest and most effective way.

STRETCH  THERAPY

 Stretch therapy is a system of table-based assisted stretching that focuses on the muscles and connective tissue that surround the joints

 WEIGHT TRAINING

Strength training provides a great balance to aerobic exercises and has been proven to increase metabolism, enhance muscle mass, and improve heart health.

CORE TRAINING

Core exercises improve your balance and stability. Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony.

Decide that you willing to commit the next few months to transforming your mind, body and performance. Choose whether you want to train online or in person.

Fill out our online form. Due to our fitness programs being personalized to each individual- we only accept a limited amount of clients.

After reviewing your application, our coach will reach out to you within 24 hours. Next, you and your coach will set up an online consultation via Zoom or Facetime to discuss further details about your goals.

Once your coach learns the details of your life, your coach will begin to develop a custom fitness and nutrition plan that works for your body, your schedule, and your preferences.

Your coach will provide you with a customized program and nutrition plan. You will receive ongoing support and accountability to help you stay on track via fitness app.

Hi, my name is Rodney Pierre, owner of Go Harder Athletics Training in Boca Raton, Fl. I have graduated from Keiser University with a degree in Sports Medicine and have received a personal trainer certification from N.E.S.T.A. I have been a fitness professional for the past decade, specializing in helping the residents of South Florida, achieve results all in the comfort of their home or personal gym. I understand that exercise can be difficult, time-consuming and confusing.

As your coach, I take the guesswork out of exercise and make each session valuable and engaging. I stay up-to-date with the latest scientific exercise research so you can be sure that the workouts will be safe and effective, providing positive results in an efficient amount of time.

  • I don’t have access to a gym, do I need one?"
    No, you do not need a gym. Our online coaches can customize your plan to include the equipment or lack of equipment that you have on hand. We’ll meet you where you are, and help you with a plan that is built for your specific situation.
  • Which areas do you provide mobile or in-home PT sessions?
    Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Coconut Creek, Parkland, Fort Lauderdale. If you would to train in another location not listed, please contact us to discuss travel details.
  • Can I get in-person fitness training?
    Yes, if you are located in the Palm Beach and Broward County area. Areas: Boca Raton, Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Delray Beach, Coconut Creek, Coral Springs, Parkland, Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. Custom pricing will be required, so please reach out.
  • Do you help with nutrition?
    Yes, our coaches will provide guidance with nutrition to ensure you have all the tools to reach your goals.
  • I have previous injuries, can you still coach me?"
    In most cases, yes. Our online personal trainers are certified and trained, with two decades of combined coaching experience. Your coach will meet and talk through your specific situation, your past injuries, and your current limitations (if any).
  • What kind of time commitment is this? I’m a busy professional.
    Most of our coaching clients work out 2-3 times per week on their custom plans. Obviously, small nutritional tweaks will be an ongoing commitment, but you won’t be spending hours cooking niched food every day. This program is built AROUND your busy schedule, but we are also gonna hold you ACCOUNTABLE to making your fitness a priority. We have clients from many countries and all walks of life – with the far majority of them leading extremely packed, busy lives.
  • What’s the deal with the 12-week commitment?
    The online fitness world is full of “quick-fixes” and “7-day cleanses.” But I am committed to helping my clients see real, longterm results. The key to success is consistency. Actual results take some time (research shows that you begin to see maximum results in 8-12 weeks). Ups and downs are natural when starting a new program, so I’ll be right there with you to keep you on track and committed to your goals.
  • Do you only work with athletes?
    No, we help a wide range of individuals who want to acheive their fitness and health goals.
